Consistently reliable service

This is my third time signing up with My.Sardistel, usually when I move to another rural spot. This time I got the Unlimited Data Plan with a Wi-Fi 6 Router. It's been pretty consistent with my last two experiences. Installation was smooth, maybe took 5 days to reach my new place in Arizona, but once it was here, setup was easy. Speeds for streaming are good, even with a few devices on it. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting.

Good value, no activation fee

I was looking for an internet option out in the sticks and My.Sardistel popped up. They had a sign-up offer that waived the activation fee, which saved me a good chunk of change right off the bat. Got the 4G LTE Home Internet. Speeds are decent for what I paid, and it felt like a fair deal overall. Didn't break the bank getting started, which was important.

What's their return policy like if the service just doesn't work for me? Is it a hassle to send back the equipment?

R Rachel Hall 1 month ago
I returned my router about 3 months ago because I moved and couldn't get service there. It was pretty easy, just had to pay for shipping back to them. Got my money back within a week or so.

Yeah, it's not a big deal. They give you a window to return, just make sure you send back everything you got. I think it's like 30 days or something. Double check their site.

quick question for anyone who signed up recently, did you get hit with an activation fee? I'm seeing conflicting info on their site sometimes.

S Susan T. 1 month ago
I signed up last month and got the activation fee waived. I think they run promos for that pretty often, especially for new customers. Just check the homepage before you commit.

Mine was waived too. I think I saw a pop-up or something when I was first looking around. Just look for it during checkout, it'll probably show up.

Hey guys, thinking about switching to SardisTEL for my cabin upstate. Anyone using them in a really rural spot? Like, where cell service is usually spotty.

J Justin Anderson 1 week ago
Yeah, I'm way out in the sticks in Montana, like 40 miles from the nearest town. It's been solid for me. Had Viasat before and this is a million times better.

My buddy in Arizona uses it for his ranch, says it's the only thing that works reliably out there. He had to get one of their outdoor antennas though.

thinking of getting the 5G plan, what kinda speeds are people actually getting? Their website says 'up to' but y'know how that goes.

O Olivia Harris 1 month ago
I'm in northern Michigan, get about 150-200 Mbps down usually. Upload is decent too, like 30-50. Good enough for streaming and work calls.

Depends on your exact location and if you get their external antenna. I'm hitting around 100-120 Mbps consistent, which is way better than the DSL I had.

considering SardisTEL vs T-Mobile Home Internet. Anyone have experience with both and can tell me which one is better? I'm in a pretty rural area, weak cell signal generally.

S Sandra 1 week ago
T-Mobile just totally crapped out for me, their coverage map was super optimistic. SardisTEL actually works, especially with their external antenna. T-Mobile is more for suburban fringe areas, not true rural.

SardisTEL usually uses different towers or has better priority for rural. T-Mobile and Verizon 5G Home are basically just cell phone data, so if your phone signal is bad, they'll be bad too. SardisTEL is designed for that 'no signal' problem.
